Re: Mouldy spots
Miltons sterilising fluid should do it or a very weak, thin bleach solution.
Don't eat yellow snow.

I use this on my carpet in the pop-top:

....this on my canvas (inside & outside), absolutely effortless:

I then used autoglym autofresh:

Re: Mouldy spots
Dettol mould and mildew remover works fine on the pop top shell without damaging the lining but don't use it on the canvas - I've yet to find anything that will remove mould from the canvas without compromising the material, and I think I've now tried everything.

Re: Mouldy spots
What colour is the mould? If it is green mould it may just be mildew. When I used to camp in a canvas tent, now and again I would be forced by circumstances to pack up the tent wet with resulting green mildew. Next time out, I would roller-paint the tent with Fabsil water repellent which removed the mildew and left the canvas clean and virtually watertight. After this treatment, do not sleep in the van for 24 hours and do not lower the roof either. The fumes are unpleasant, but disappear within that time.
If the mould is black and in biggish patches, it may have eaten into the fabric and caused permanent damage. If the mould is just in small spots, you may have caught it in time. As has been said, the Dettol product should work well.

I've never seen a product with so many rave reviews. I'm actually looking forward to cleaning up a newly acquired bench seat with this stuff today.

Why would the glass be anything other than half full?

I also used it on my sun visors and roof lining as well - I was actually after some new visors as mine looked manky, but brought them up like new. Takes a bit of time, but worth it
