My Webasto ST2000D heater; fan runs but heater does not ‘fire up’ ? What are probable faults and remedies in best order to tackle faults?

Is it getting fuel right to the unit? Is there an air lock in the fuel filter? Is the intake hose clear (no water in it)?

Sometimes needs several on off cycles just to get fuel pumped back to the heater.

Can sometimes be a faff to restart when they're not happy

Davidtoft1, the heater has not been run for about 3 months ! But I did use to run for short periods before as per recommends!

Maybe lack of use has caused an operational fault!?!
