Driving and Steering Issue

1989 T3 Syncro Westy
 I Start the car and drive for an hour maybe, i try to park, when i try to Steer i feel Stiffness and as if the Rear Tires are Locked ( As if i turned the Rear Diff Lock On) no lock light come on, nothing.

What can be driving the rear tires to Lock after an hour drive ?
 (the switch is working properly no vacuum leaks no defected switch nothing)

Tires : 205R14 C/8 26.9" overall diameter like new 
Tire Pressure: 36psi
Transmission Oil: 75W90 Ravenol 
Front Diff oil : 75W90 Ravenol

Viscous coupling is going "tight" when hot, its a well-known phenomenon.

VC needs a refurb ;)
