Why did I not buy a press years ago, front bearings pressed in using the old outer bearing. 1 as a surport and the other to press it in. Thanks to Dai for the tip about running a slip disk through the one thats pressing the bearing in.

More of an info post I need to order 2 of the seals that are fitted to the front outer cv joints. I have 3 joints 2 which have the rings and flat slightly damaged seals so as every thing is ne it would be foolhardy not to change them. You can see the shoulder on the joint where the ring locates.

Ecu mounted on 20mm spacers behind the rear light to keep it of the flat section where water can lay if it travles down the air vent. This was the only option being a syncro van as it clashes with the fuel filler on the last van I converted (2wd) I mounted it on the vertical section behind the rear light.

Looking good Neil. As you pointed out mine is missing those rubber mounts for the fuel pump. I see the larger ones are available from BW, but cant find the two smaller ones at the top ...guessing these might NLA?

There's just the two rubber bobbins. Generic part, use Disco Tdi airbox mounts. Cheap as chips. Part no ERR2337 or NRC9773

genuine ones have the hex on them, generic ones are generally round so if you use nylocks (or plain nuts and lock washers) you have to hold the rubber with a pair of pliers in order to do the nuts up tight, cheap ones delaminate readily

LR ones have a hex. I had some NOS kicking around from my previous life.

Thats the DV (Digifant) position. Andy did the same with the new harness he made for the wbx6 Digijet, I wanted the ecu indoors.
