I'm not sure whether the 6th July date only relates to the removal of restrictions on travel inside Wales for people who live there.
This page suggests that holidays in Wales will not be permitted until after 13th July at the earliest.

A bit wet today if we were at Syncropendence... fun driving as we slip and slide about but not enjoyable campfire weather.

Not looking much better for this weekend either, but we shall return in due course.
