so the fuel tank is out! it was a bit of a mission.  Thankfully behind the tank is solid just needs some surface rust cleaning and and some protection for the future

The tank straps are definitely ready to be changed.

Get your fuel filler neck grit blasted and brazed, I have had this done recently and the condition was similar.

Well the tank is all clean and ready to go back in with new stainless brackets. New fuel lines on the tank and from the tank to the engine. Not far from being done now which is good timing as the MOT is due in August

Injectors looking a bit worse for wear. The feed & return fuel lines to the rails have been changed (stamped 2014) but the line joining the rails and the actual injectors is original and in need of upgrading....one split as we were moving things around.

the place in Hull will clean them and fit new hoses for about £80 then you'll have a set of clean balanced injectors, service is excellent with quick turnaround

I seem to recall they fit slightly oversized hose on. The last set I had done, I sent a short length of Mr Baxter's super hose and they fitted that for me instead.

I had mine done by them a couple of years ago. If they did fit these oversized hoses what would the symptoms be?

maybe leak
They did a set for a customer of ours in November and they were fine, no leaks, and smooth running, one of the injectors was running at 45% flow rate when sent in, they all came back supposedly mid 90s, it certainly ran evenly
