.78 fourth gear

Post by dugwiththevwbug »

I'm looking for a .78 fourth gear to replace my slightly worn syncro engagement teeth on the gear.
Does anyone in the uk import albins gears Aidan?
I will be needing both fourth cogs

I take it that the albins would be the prefers choice? Or is there better?
I know Bernd Jeager has stock gears for sale.

Cheers Doug

I don't know if Bears or Cogbox carry stock, I have some ratios available in stock and I'll be ordering again next week.
No good used ones they are always pretty well stuffed by the turdodiesels
Jager Buschmeide and others in Germany may have stock, some parts may be available from Classic but iirc the 0.78 only one part of it is still available new now from vwclassicparts
