I have a feeling that a but of dash panel surgery may be necessary for the SD1 pod, basically a cut n fillet to level off the slope of the dash top.
No point having instruments that I can't read!

PS I also have an idea for altering the angle of the steering wheel, but its not a DIY job (I have made steering shafts before, for AC Cars before they finally went bust!)

I see. That makes sense. Cheers SB

Improved the line of sight to the RR dash pod with the tiniest of adjustments. It could go a smidge lower, its doable and there is still good knuckle clearance.

I sat down last night and tried to count the turns/mile but whilst the speedo worked, the odo didnae...
Took it all apart to find a dead spider inside and a sticker on the mechanism that says 1000 revs.
Fished out the cadaver and the silk strands and now it counts the miles :)

So now I will need a 16:10 reduction box in the speedo cable if this is going into the syncro... could be a mini project in itself.
Like I need another one.
