Headlamp aim projected image Mot fail

So, after sitting since 2014 and a year of welding, panel work, mechanical and all the other grief that comes with T25s, I stuck her in for an MOT.
It failed Gutted. But only on “O/S headlamp aim projected beam image is incorrect.” tester states it’s throwing a round”Bullseye” instead off throwing the beam off to the side.

I’ve taken the Hella unit off. Glass clear and not damaged.Bulb looks ok. Anybody got any idea what could cause this?
