Hazard light switch

Anyone had this where you activate the hazard lights but only the driver side indicators flash?
Indicators all work as they should. Is this a common fault and if so is it generally the switch or relay? Thanks

Have you checked the switch is connected fully and correctly?
I have known the plug be partially off the switch show these symptoms 

or it’s the switch gone faulty .
