If you have the standard iso stereo connectors in your van, then it's just 'plug n play'. If you don't, then you'll need to splice in one of those connectors to your van and speakers. Then you can plug in pretty much any radio you like with no difficulty

First thing to need to realise is T25s d not have a "aux" position on the ignition switch , the ignition is either on ( run engine mode ) or off, no "first position” , so your new wireless will have nothing to connect the ignition live connection to , as the standard vw wiring is only permanent live, which will be labelled "memory" or such like .

You will need to install a switched live from a inline switch , or just join the two lives from the wireless together onto the constant live .

I doubt you have I touched standard wiring for these reasons , but it you have you will have
Black which is the live
Brown which is neg ( chassis earth )
Grey with a blue trace which is dash lighting
And speaker wires which could be several colours in pairs .

Personally I would ignore the original wiring and install a fresh set , live direct from the relevant position in the fuse box , a good neg connection to the van earthing point and not bother with the dash lighting wire, hardly any stereos have this function these days anyway

A full size din fitting radio will fit as Ling as it not go big heat sink fins on the back , you just need to make sure the Irving is tucked under the cradle as you push the head unit in
