What Are These Bulbs For?

Hello all
I've bought a bulb replacement set. The 55w is clearly a headlight bulb, but I'm not exactly sure which of the other ones are for which purpose? Can anyone enlighten me please?

21W (P21W)
4W (T4W)
5W (5RW)

Brake light, indicators, sidelights, license plate holder. Some might not be used on your van though if it's a generic set..

21W (P21W) brake light and reversing light
4W (T4W) rear tail lights
5W (5RW) side / tail lights
