Driving with lights on. Indicated and no ticking. No indicator lights working.

Would it be a fuse or relay?
Where is the relay located on 84 1.9d Devon ?

More likely to be either the hazard lights switch or the indicators stalk .

try flicking the hazard switch on and off a few times
