Hey
I have a 1981 LHD Westy.
Its headlights are appalling there are spots fitted which helps but on dipped its like glow worms in Jam jars.
Thinking of updating to the newer H4 headlamp and converting from lhd to rhd lights.
Is there much work need or is it plug and play with the new headlights and bulbs.
Thanks.

Re: Early Van headlight upgrade
It’s is indeed just plug and play , four screws each side to swap the h4 headlights in, and the electrical connections are the same .
However, doing that will gain you little if you don’t upgrade the loom !
Simple to do, takes a hour or so and once you have 14v at both bulbs you will see again!
