Is this a break or is it just the angle not picking it up?

They are the same on the panel I dealt with, i think it's how the cells are connected in parallel and series to make the 12v, as all the cells have that layout. Interesting to hear the shop is being hard work, I certainly won't be using them again.

I've been in touch with the seller again and sent the photo above shoeing the multi meter. They agree they are not working but now say I've voided the guarantee on the one because I've opened it! They want a pic of the other one with the multi meter connected to the plugs, only prob is I've cut the plugs of to shorten the wires and wire them in parallel, I haven't told them this but u can't find the plugs!
They seem to work when it's overcast it the sun is setting ie when it's cooler!

I haven't had chance to investigate further as I decided to use the can over the weekend and make the most of the sun :D
I'm thinking of saying to them that I will tell ppl on various forums how bad their device is if they don't do something about it, can I do this or is it some kind of slander?
Ps
Anyone able to get a photo of a multi meter showing zero in a couple of their type plugs?
Thanks
G
Cheers

Tell them I'd been considering using their panels but will now use some from elsewhere after what I've seen.
