split charger ?

hi all, just a quick 1,i've got an '88 autosleeper trident and just wondering if they have a split charger in them or not, the leisure battery is under front passenger seat if that helps :ok

Most autosleepers were fitted with a aux battery, which would have had a split charge fitted if it was done by autosleeper. Its possible some one could have just put a aux battery in, without wiring a relay in, but its unlikely . Why?

Take a look in the engine bay, if there's TWO thick red wires coming off the alternator you have a split charge.
Alternatively connect a meter across the leisure batt terminals when the engine is running, should show above 13 volts
