Dash warning light bulbs

Anyone know where I can get the bulb for my main/full beam 'warning' panel of the dash?

Little one that goes under the blue cover if that makes sense.

Took old one out that didn't work and the legs were bent up and looked sorry for themselves.

Ideas?
