Rear arch replacement

Post by mike the van »

Hi
Planning to start rear winter wheel arch replacement, that will likely include the lower part of the panel over the suspension mount. Would appreciate any advice on whether to go with an all-in one panel, arch plus lower part that Klokkers make, or stick to original separate wheelarch and lower panel ? What are the advantages or disadvantages of each??

cheers

Mike

I replaced the rear three quarter panel inc. wheel arch and also the centre kitchen panel and the below windscreen panel on our Westy and used Schofield parts except for the 3/4 panel for which I bought the expensive VW one. It was easily the best and easiest replacement panel needing much less effort (and filler) to fit and def. worth the extra cost.
