Heated Rear Window
I am thinking of replacing my plain rear tailgate window with a heated one as they are not that expensive. Are the wires to the window just a spade connector on either side or is it more complicated than that?

I would imagine so, must be some sort of circuit that has to be employed. This is one example available.

Re: Heated Rear Window
I am sure buying an original switch, proper 53 relay and adding the associated wiring could be bought for less than £40.
I have never been a fan of aftermarket switches, when an original switch can be bought reasonably cheaply.
The £40 price tag is worth it for people who do not know things like wiring size / current rating and so on.
It takes away the "guess work" of the installation.
