Sadly agree with above, it looks to far gone, although I am no restorer.  Have a look on you tube and blogs such as James Akers to see what repairs entail.  You maybe able to salvage some parts towards another vehicle if you have the space to store it off road.

Thanks all. On reflection. I am not going to proceed with this van. I have cancelled the buy. Appreciate all the comments
