Flue vent pipe detached

Post by TONYT25T25 »

Thought worth highlighting this as could be important to some.  I do not use my RM212 fridge on gas but retain the plumbing and pipework anyway, after reading an earlier article I checked my fixings and found that the flue pipe that comes from the top of the fridge to the outside flu outlet (the small Electrlux on mine) had become detached and was just hanging below the outlet, probably dislodged at some time, probably more important to gas users, hence mentioning it.

Not only "probably " important, but fatally important if using gas ....  you just don’t want to be waking up dead .
