I am doing some work on the sliding door inner window frame and have cleaned some areas back to bare metal. The final finish will be Combi Clour brushed on, can I use high build primer straight to the bare metal or would you suggest Vactan first, then primer then final topcoat.

Vatcan onto rust. If you have clean bare metal, use primer
