Seams

Post by glennyboy2 »

What’s the best system when fitting new side panels with regard to the seams. I was thinking bare metal, etch primer , plug weld, inject seams with rust preventer (RC2000), then seam sealer and finally filler on the external seam

What’s the best way of applying seam sealer and in what size gap?

Thanks

i did the following.
- cleaned metal with preparation wheel.
- cleaned bare metal with panel wipe
- applied weld through primer (upol copper)
- plug welded

i still need to epoxy and seam seal
