for self supporting + folding flat and narrow seats why not try mk1/mk2 Sharan Galaxy Alhambra rear seats. the are 47-48 cm wide.
the bases that clip into the floor of the original car they com from can be unbolted just leaving the flat sliding runners. I have mot checked the height but from what I remember the squabs are fairly low. they are also very comfortable seats.
also from what I remember you can add armrests (found on the front seats) to the rear seats. so maybe even possible to use 3 of the same and the drivers one with 2 armrests ??
