Sliding door middle hinge seal

Hello,
I'm doing some maintenance on my sliding door, the middle hinge was actually popping out because of a worn guide _and_30 some odd years of grease and dirt in the channel. When I removed the hinge from the door, I discovered that it looked nothing like the hinges I've seen in the videos I'm watching. I now understand what "early' means. So I've got an early '83 t25...great. when I removed the hinge there was a seal or boot that looked like it was made of foam, it was actually perished rubber, that came out with it and promptly disintegrated into dust. I'm struggling to find a replacement, there's no mention anywhere online or in the shops as far as I can tell. Anyone have any experience with these?
Cheers,
Cary
