It looks very much like a Klockerholme repro, not great at all!
Personally I always use A H Schofields for panels

Yep, Schofields all day long if you want decent panels.

That’s an early bay step, it won’t fit a t25, there are a few different steps available depending on budget , but even the cheap ones are reasonably good

Vw heritage
Just Kampers
Camper van culture

Etc can all supply them

But, it is a quality part, if the Schofields sticker is to be believed. Just someone else’s quality part as Davidoft says...
