Welding help in Oxfordshire?

So I've recently purchased my first camper resto, but am not sure about tackling the welding required for MOT on the underside of the van. To the main it is solid underneath with the outer edges pretty shagged, along with rear swing mount shot.

Tried uploading pics but the site won't let me for some reason?

Any help or advice would be great, at some point I will hopefully be able to upload pics!
