I thought I was being so clever the other day squirting teflon spray then putting new grease on the rollers of the sliding side door, but it seems to have caused problems as well as solved some!
The door is running smoothly now, but it makes a hell of a squeak about half way along the run till it shuts or opens fully.
Naturally I'm going to add more grease in the hope of that fixing it, but I'm aware it might be a collapsed bearing in the roller itself.
How hard is it to remove and refit the door?
