foam / sponge in bottom of front A pillar ?

Thin bits of metal and bright blue light. Including glass & trim.

did you bin the original stuff?

Yer I did, it was soaked through and growing green stuff on one side (had started rusting the pillar too) and I wasn't going to risk the same happening on the other side so I ripped that out too!

Shame , I would have had it. I have the original one side and some closed cell foam the other.

It wasn't in a great state either - and I've found the new stuff to be just as good at reducing noise!
