High top sealent leak help

High top sealent leak help

The sealent on my high top roof has shrunk consequently it leaked inside rear ns over the weekend. Woken to gentle sounds of dripping what's best sealent to use to re seal the ole girl

I used Dow Corning marine on both roof vents and the roof guttering.

Most people use Sikaflex 512. It's readily available - I think you can still get it at GoOutdoors.

When you buy it be sure to check the use by date - it only has a maximum shelf life of about a year. Before you use it leave the tube on the radiator for a bit as it softens the sealant up.

The only reason my van is dry!
