The engine mounting lugs are wider on later engines to fit a Digi plenum. Early engine have more less wide lugs. So the studs dont come out far enough.
Whats the easiest solution to get it to fit correctly on an early engine without welding? How easy is it to remove two case studs and replace with longer versons? They need to be about 25mm longer

Re: Digijet Plenum On An Early DG.
can you get 2 half nuts and a washer on the protruding stud ? if so nut washer nut, nuts tight against each other, a bit of heat on the case and thin spanner on the inner half nut and it should wind out I think
