What's this noise? And what can I do about it?

It could be tappet drain down. A good 5-mile run usually cures it.

When was the last oil and filter change, could be a bit of gunk stuck there.

It's just had its oil changed after a what looks like a long time, and a while sitting. Is that what that noise is? The tappets?

As Rob mentioned could be oil drain down, normally quietens and returns to normal when the tappet gets oil fed to it after a short run.  Mine is not air cooled but have had tappet noise in the past and if it does not go away an oil change normally solves it.  Also check your oil level and condition.

sound pretty normal for an air cooled to be honest

Thanks! If it's just tappets then that should go on its own, right? Or worst case they need adjusting?
As long as it's nothing terminal, I can worry less about this.

For reference, my 1.6 CT sounded like this with a loose oil send pipe and loose tappets on one side:

The idle is quite fast in the vid, it slows down.
