Turbo Oil Return Hose

Post by Al3x147 »

Hi,

I have a 1.6TD 1983 Camper and need a hose to go between the Garrett turbo and the sump. I'm struggling to work out exactly what I need and how to get hold of one? The sump would appear to have a threaded adapter on it which I think measures 16mm and the turbo has metal pipe that again measure about 16mm. Unfortunately I don't have anything to measure these things more accurately so was wondering if they were standard sizes? Any help much appreciated.

Thanks
Alex

Thanks for the reply. I spoke with brickwerks early in the week and they have said the turbo isn't standard therefore this part won't fit unfortunately.

go to your local hydraulics place and explain it to them, they will be able to make one up, it's not high pressure
