Have replaced pulley and after reading your post I checked the pulley I removed and it is the same as yours - dry.
I will order oil pressure switch too.

I ordered black- that's what it looked like in picture
Turned out to be grey, no problem though as it isn't in use.
Tried in from top,removed only belt ,ratchet half in socket, bit of a fiddle but came out ok.
Big thumbs up to cheddie as drip is now cured
