Hi,
What I think is my water pump belt has come off,
But I have no idea how to put it back on and I have tried a stretchy belt tool
Any ideas?

The pulley with the 3 bolts on it. Undo the bolts but not all the way out. The front and back of the pulley are separate. The gap in the middle is how you control the belt tightness. If you look just under the bolts you can see shims these can be added or removed to the gap in the middle of the pulley to loosen or tighten the belt. The more shims the wider the gap so the belt sits lower and looser. If that makes sense.
Anyway if you loosen them you should be able to slot the belt low enough on the pulley to get it round the crank. If it's still too tight you can remove the bolts all together then loop the belt over the back half while tightening the front half back down. If you do this you have to make sure the front part the shims and the back part are all still aligned so you can get the bolt through into the pump bracket. I normally leave one bolt in to keep the alignments and slide the belt in on the side opposite the remaining bolt. Sounds complicated but it's fairly simple in practice. If it has jumped off then sounds like you need to remove a shim or two or maybe a new belt
You might have to turn the engine over to get the belt to settle correctly on the pulley after doing this as it tends to get caught in between the two halves. When I say turn it over I mean with a spanner on the crank pulley not on the key (as it's likely to fly off again)

I normally use a set of vice grips clipped onto the pulley. If you have an impact it will make it much easier. But it can be done with vice grips

A ring spanner on one bolt, and a ratchet with deep socket on another. Go round like this undoing all three, letting the spanner press against the socket and using it as a lever to pull against. Easier to do than explain!
