sorry I don't know what brand they were from JK last time I bought some a couple of years ago, but stock changes all the time; the Elring are always the same, also available from Autodoc and elsewhere, 277.525 is the Elring part number, Brickwerks usually the cheapest UK supplier

Tried elring seal today it was a tighter fit like Aidan said but it Looks like ZsZ was right speedi Sleeve required or new flange or can I get this flange repaired ImageImage

SpeediSleeve is the easiest repair solution - I am guessing this is the left side flange ?
I have them in stock cheaper than Brickwerks genuine SKF

Yes it is the left side is it common thing then I have just seen the price of a new one wow if my van was Immaculate I would have no doubt in buying a new one but its not so its the speedisleeve I think for now

left side is the short side of the diff so the flange wobbles more, tired old worn cv joints exacerbate it and the seals when old and dirty are hard and rough, slight weep isn't the end of the world, but if it's dripping on your drive then worth sorting

OK cheers we'll its not dripping yet so I will leave it for now thinking about it I'm not sure I like the idea of the speedi sleeve so I may bite the bullet and get new so I maybe in contact In the near future cheers again.

Speedisleeve is a really good solution 0.11mm thick, no tools required, they come with a tool that you can just gently hammer on and in this instance no need to remove the installation lip of the Speedisleeve, as long as you lube the lips of the seal before installation of the flange no problem at all
