Diesel Pump Pulley Removal

Post by The Hairy Camper »

Anyone have any advice on removing the injection pump pulley? Have i missed anything?

The pump moves freely, all bolts have been removed, but I can't seem to pry this pulley off? I've tried penetrating fluid and a crow bar!

Cheers stesaw, I managed to get it off today.

I didn't have access to a puller, but I managed to get an old screwdriver on the otherside of the pulley. 10 or 15 knocks with a hammer and it came off.

On very tight!
