Fuel hose codes.

Hi all.
I noticed a puddle under my CU engined Holdsworth last week when running it up on the drive. Stink of petrol gave a clue to its source! Just been checking it over and found the fuel hose after the electric pump to be hard and badly split. I'd replaced all the pipes around five years ago with what I understood to be good  E10 resistant fuel hose.
It has DIN 73379 2A written on it, but no R number. DIN 73379 2A should be E10 resistant, but I thought hoses  usually also had something like R6 too?
ImageI hope this works, resolution may be too high.
Is this what happens when you shop by price alone?

Are you supposed to have rubber pipe there? Shouldn't it be nylon/polyamide?

Missed that posing Rob, would've saved me asking silly questions! The original pipe was in several sections, joined by perished rubber, so I thought a full run of quality hose was safer. Wrong!
I'd better check the other van, it has some rubber connecting sections, they could be the same hose, though fitted later.
