Hello There,

I hope you are all well. I am wondering if anyone has had this problem.

I have a 2.1 DJ engine Digijet which is not starting.

Fuel pressure is good 
I get spark at the plugs 
There is a pulse to the injectors 
Injectors are firing but spray pattern is more of a squirt than a mist.
Temp sensor has been tested and is good 
Airflow meter has been tested and is good

Has anyone had this problem before? Am I missing something?

This one slipped off the radar. Did you get it fixed?
Loads more to test. Firstly, it should inject a cone shaped spray and not a mist of fuel. So that seems okay.
Temp 2 was tested?
Air idle control valve vibrating?
ECU tested?
Fuel pressure regulator tested?
Two micro switches on throttle body working? First click just off idle. Second at full throttle.
Throttle body wear.
Idle stabiliser? Not technically a non starter issue. But try disconnecting the two leads and plug together to bypass it.
Fuel pump checked. And on and on.
Vacuum pipes must be excellent condition and a very firm fit.

Come back with outcome.

One other minor thing. My DJ hates low fuel levels in tank. I never let it go below quarter empty. It will starve even with six litres available. Not sure why. New F1 tank fitted last year. Did the same with old tank too.

Mine hates it too, I’ve spent hours taking fuel pumps on & off, checking spark, you name it...only to put some fuel in it and boom, fixed. Therefore a fuel pressure thing I imagine. I just keep it over the 1/4 mark too.

Very strange, eh? My two previous camper's had 1.9's. I could run the fuel gauge needle past the final empty block without issue.
Whereas my DJ only has to sniff the final block and it will starve. Found out that DJ enigma on the first day of a new job. Perhaps its the swirl pot thingy? I've now renamed the fuel gauge as the fools gauge.
Wonder what happened to OP?

Musta ran out of fuel somewhere.
