coolant pressurization pump / bleed kit

Post by JackE »

I was just wondering if anyone has ever used one of these before? Or adapted a compressor/bike pump or similar?

https://campervanculture.com/shop/vw-t2 ... -pump-kit/

Looks like there are various home made things here: https://www.thesamba.com/vw/forum/viewt ... b722d13dd0

I know it is probably best just to follow the guide here: https://wiki.club8090.co.uk/index.php/C ... ing_system

I was just interested to hear people's thoughts. Many thanks

Not really required unless you like spending money on things you'll never use.
A lot of garages don't even have cooling system pressure test stuff!
