Camshaft and Gear Torque?

Aircooled 2.0ltr CU Engine
Hi everyone,
I've finally bought a new camshaft for my van as my old one is pretty worn.
I've purchased the shaft, gear and bolts from VW Heritage, but I can't find the torque values for assembly.
I obviously don't want to over/under tighten them.
I've asked VW Heritage and they can't supply this information.
Does anyone have or know where I can find the correct torque specification?
The original shaft and gear are riveted, so nothing in the usual manuals.
VW Heritage part numbers-
Camshaft = 071-109-021/CB
Gear = AC1092017
Bolts = AC109314
