Hello all, I’m rebuilding the exhaust and turbo my van, 1.6 td. And also the brakes.
I want to use new nuts and bolts, there’s an engineer supplies local and I want to buy a selection of new nuts bolts for all the fittings. I’m aware the manifold nuts are a special bolt as are the turbo to manifold bolts.
I’m after a good selection of nuts and bolts for the above work and other general jobs on the van.
What sizes should I buy? Also what different lengths?
I’ve fitted new stuff to the van before and re used the old nuts and bolts but it looks a bit tatty!
Cheers,
Rob.

Re: Nuts and Bolts sizes.
oh and I use stainless for non structural and 8.8 or 10.9 for structural need to match the grade currently fitted for higher so go for 10.9
