Hello, just done the steering rack bushes using brickwerks powerflex bushes, nice straightforward job
I have three new flexi joints, but cannot fathom how the one comes of the rack, there are two bolts and nuts, now undone off the relay shaft, but the other two holes seem rivetted, before I burst these off thought I would ask the question, how does it undo? Time for a quick brew

Re: steering shaft flexi rubbers
drill out the rivets and replace with M8 HT bolts like the other two, they were riveted in production for ease and speed of assembly afaics

Thank you Aiden,
does make sense, I will organise some HT bolts and oval nuts, and prepare myself for an afternoon under
the van. what a difference the rack bushes make.
