:ok

Same pdfs I have, but you've also a lot of other formats in there to choose from. The PDF's side part 1 &2, bottom side part1 &2, when printed at 100% are near enough perfect with a bit of trimming. TBH I used correx type board and while the templates were a useful guide I ended up going freelance to get them to fit suitably.

Do they make much difference? I'm not sure really but as I was fitting a new radiator I thought I may as well fit while I was on.
I also made and fitted the blanks behind grill either side of headlights out of same material.

I have used the same Correx type material bought from a local arts and crafts shop. Some folding marked on the wrong side as I remember but on my van they fit OK. (Square headlights, no aircon, no oil cooler)

I am not sure about the difference they make as I was changing the rad fan at the same time, but no overheating on long hill climbs since :)

I bought the expensive 2-3mil thick plastic pieces (Campervan culture?) and installed them after I put in the new radiator.  The oem cardboard ones had rotted away long before i got the van.  These new ones do the job very well of forcing the air through the radiator and I thought they were a good buy.  Of course if you could make your own then go for it!
