Can anyone advise me the torque setting for the castelated nut for the rear wheel hub.

Depends on which hub nut is fitted.
Early models, nut with six split pin slots 350nm
Later with 10 split pin slots 500nm

If you need to know how tight 500nm is.. its a large bloke standing on the end of a 2 foot long 3/4"drive bar....

450 Nm isnt it? 5 foot scaff pole up to the hilt on a 3/4" drive bar and push until it stops and the tube springs. Grease threads.
