The strip down of the van continues and I was heartened* to find that the radius rods have done their best saw action through the holes in the bodywork.
Not worried about fixing them, I have a welder.
I've bought the bush kit from the magnificent Brickwerks (I think I might have bought an entire van in kit form by the time I'm finished).
My questions - 1 - should there be a cup, similar to the one supplied with the Power flex kits, to pop in one side? The entire mount was a ball of rust but there was something that used to be that shape that crumbled off when I stripped the old ones out - took far gone to take a measurement or template.
2 - if so, do they exist aftermarket?
3 - what size should the mount hole be? The sleeve is 25mm diameter but I've seen reference to 32mm, is that to fit this mysterious cup shaped item, or just where the bush will fit?
*Or something

Re: Radius rod bushes - cup/washer?
I think I have answered my own question, the outer bush has the metal part cast into it so I presume it is a 32mm OD.
I haven't unwrapped all of my boxes yet, because the dining room already looks like I'm having the world's loneliest autojumble... But I'll double check the measurement is 32mm as expected.
Will report back!
