just in from workshop!!!!! didnt look good at all from the weekend! i was to tow a van for mike plompen from shotts to germany with my caravelle T4 and trailer. i had a couple of knocks from the front suspension so i ordered all the front bushes,shocks and tie rods from bricky and was fitting them on friday night til 3 am sat morning. when i pulled gators off rack,found it seriosly leaking! 
sat morning went to glasgow and got a recon rack and fitted all the suspension back with its new bushes and fitted the rack and kept at it til 7 am on monday morning. filled up with atf and tried it out. sterring was realy heavy(more than a van with no power starring!) drove back into glasgow and showed the company what was happening and gave them my original rack to recon. got it back at 7pm tonight and went straight to workshop to fit. all done and working now! 
i will be there now but my van has no cooker,heater or curtains and a half finished bed,but i will rough it for a few days and scrounge/beg for food and heat??
