Can anyone help!!

Hello,I,m having a problem with my van now it's cold it seems to take ages starting.it's a 1y straight diesel I changed the glow plugs yesterday but this morning it still took ages it coughs and splutters then slowly starts ive also checked the starter to make sure the battery is getting what it needs and that seems to be ok can anyone give me any ideas
