clutch

Post by shaunyp »

Hi all, so, i have just finished fitting a EJ20 subaru engine into my t25 and paired it to the original DG gearbox, my problem now is that when i press down the clutch pedal and put it in gear it wants to drive while the pedal is still fully down, How do i adjust it so that its roughly in the middle or just below before it drives? Thanks all

I would bleed it, no adjustment that I'm aware of.

Which clutch set up have you got ? eg is it Subaru pressure plate + wbx friction plate with mini spacers from RJES for the pressure plate
Which clutch fork ?
Which clutch fork lever arm ?
RJES bellhousing or petrol bellhousing plus adapter plate ?
How much free play at the pedal ?
