Hello to all..
I was hoping I could get some advise regarding my AAZ engine conversion. My van and engine had been idle for approx two years and I have recently started my restoration (the engine started with little problem). My problem is that while having managed to get a local mechanic to undertake the mot work, he expects me to get the parts for the job. I don't mind this at all, although I am a mechanical novice!... I am told that I need: cam belt kit, fan belt, water pump and service kit. I thought I would call brickworks, although helpful I was told that as all conversions are slightly different, the types of parts differ slightly. My question is, how do I identify what I need?
Any advice would greatly appreciated...
